Asbury Park-Residential Home (Rights of Passage)

Who We Are

We are open 24/7 365 days a year to all homeless and trafficked youth age 18-21. Our housing and services are free.

What We Do

We provide immediate shelter and care for youth facing homelessness age 18-21. We also provide services to promote resilience so our youth transition successfully to independent living.

The Rights of Passage (ROP) Program in Asbury Park houses 10 youth in two residential homes and is the next step beyond immediate care for young men and women on their journey to independent living. To progress to ROP, our youth have obtained employment and are earning income.

Volunteers are an important component of the work we do whether it's providing basic services such as food and clothing or the services, such as employment and financial literacy that we provide to help transition our youth to successful independent living
